Last month I launched my free eBook Infinite: Take your life to the next level and beyond!
And I have been completely blown away by the incredible response it’s gotten.
If you would have told me a year ago that I would have created an eBook I would not believed it at all.
I’m always intrigued and fascinating by behind the scenes glimpses of how people go about creating things, so today I’m sharing an insight into how and why the Infinite eBook came about and the lowdown on the creation and launch process.

Another round of Blogs I’m Digging is here, featuring 3 incredible women who have super inspiring online spaces.
Enjoy!
The moment I came across Lucy’s blog Something To Move I was captivated. Lucy is super inspiring, her writing is captivating, and the posts she shares are so beautifully vulnerable.

For me this time of year I’m usually on uni holidays, which normally involves a lot of relaxation and rejuvenation. However this month there has been so much going on. I’ve been studying online full-time over the summer for uni, completing my life coach training, trying to blog more often (and more consistently) and last week I launched my free eBook. It’s been a packed and wonderful month, and if January is anything to go by 2015 is going to be one incredible year…
Speaking of having an incredible year, if you’ve lost your way with your resolutions or intentions I’ve got some great posts to help inspire you again.
Plus this link fest includes gratitude journalling, making the most of the mercury retrograde, creating more soulful connections, a delicious (and healthy) mac n cheese recipe, taking social media sabbaticals, how to read more books and so much more…

Wild: A Journey from Lost to Found is a memoir of a 26 year old woman – Cheryl Strayed – who embarks on an intense and healing 1000+ mile solo hike with no hiking experience or training.
The story follows Cheryl’s challenging journey along the Pacific Crest Trail as she reflects on the events that had led her there: her mother had dying 4 years earlier, her family falling apart, using heroin, and her marriage breaking down.
Cheryl’s story is brutally honest and completely raw. Her journey to self-discovery entails unimaginable grief and brave redemption. It’s an extraordinary read (and so compelling that I couldn’t put it down) and now also an amazing movie – with absolutely incredible cinematography.
This story has stayed with me, and I’ve learnt so many amazing things from her journey on the PCT. Here’s my 5 favourite lessons I’ve taken away from Wild and Cheryl’s inspiring journey.

I absolutely love sharing the things I love with other people. So today I present to you a new series on the blog: Rocking My World. This segment will be a round-up of things that I’ve been loving that I think you will love too.
In this very first edition I’m sharing an inspiring podcast series, a powerful and moving film, a revolutionary wellness eBook series, beautiful intentional jewellery, and a few more super awesome things that I’ve been loving. So here are…

I’m constantly on the look out for new podcasts and this month I came across Lucy’s incredible podcast series: The Brave Exchange.
The Brave Exchange is an incredibly inspiring podcast series. The conversations are so real, honest, transparent and super juicy! Lucy asks her inspiring guests incredible questions that if I had the chance to speak to them myself I would absolutely want to ask them the same thing.

I poured so much into creating this eBook, just for you. My aim was to create something that would leave you high on inspiration, that you could refer to again and again, especially when inspiration was lulling.

Do you have trouble sleeping? Then this post will be helpful for you.
Ever since I can remember I have had trouble sleeping.
For the past few years I have dedicated myself to working on improving my sleep. Even though I still go through stages where I have difficulty sleeping, overall I now sleep better than I have in my entire life.
Through trail and error I have determined what works best for me when it comes to sleep, so I’m going to share with you everything I do to help myself sleep better…

Taken on my beach walk yesterday, via my Instagram.
If you’ve been around here for awhile you know how much I dig gratitude. I try to practice gratitude in every single moment that I can remember to, because I truly believe that gratitude changes absolutely everything.
I’ve decided to do something a little different for The Gratitude Diaries this week. So instead of the usual format, I present to you a list taken straight from my Gratitude journal – written in steam of consciousness style, of the things that I am grateful for in this very moment and the things that are just lighting up my life.
Will you join me in sharing what you’re grateful for in the comments below? (go on, do it!)

I love discovering awesome blogs.
Ever since I started a blog of my own I have been discovering heaps of awesome sites.
So today I’m starting what I hope to be a regular feature here on One Infinite Life.
Blogs I’m Digging will be a segment where I share with you some of my favourite blogs. The ones that I return to again and again. As well as new blogs that I discover along the way. Essentially I’m going to be sharing awesome blogs that I think you will love too!
For the first segment I’m sharing 3 blogs that have been favourites of mine for awhile now.
I highly recommend clicking the purple title or the image to check these awesome sites out. Oh and I’ve also included some specific articles that I love to help kickstart your discovery of these awesome blogs (and the humans behind the blog!)
Enjoy!

I discovered Fran’s blog through the Bright-Eyed and Blog-Hearted community, and honestly I’ve been obsessed ever since.
My Goodness Me is a ‘wellness, lifestyle and vital nonsense‘ blog. It’s fun, informative and inspirational.
I really love Fran’s holistic, real and simplistic approach to health and wellness and conscious living.
It’s not preachy or about being perfect and instead focuses on using your intuition, which I think is super empowering.
