The second round of Blogs I’m Digging is here and features the first blog I ever read ‘religiously’ and that made me want to start my own blog, one of my favourite sites for healthy and delicious recipes including the BEST banana bread pancakes (ever) and one of my go-to sites for some inspiration when I want to shake up my life a bit…
And Just so you know: you can click on the purple title, the image or my ‘Where to start’ suggestions to be taken to the awesome human’s site.
Sarah Wilson says her blog makes ‘life better, sweeter’ and I would have to agree wholeheartedly and her blog is the first one I ever religiously read.
She experiments with how to make life better, and then writes about it – luckily for us. She writes about simple living, how she lives with her autoimmune disease, quitting sugar, travelling and so much more.
Sarah (besides being super inspirational) has an incredible way with words, and I could seriously read her writing for hours on end. Her blog is the reason why I wanted to have my own blog in the first place, and her advice on how to start a blog (or anything in life) is invaluable.
∞ Why Sarah wore the same pair of green shorts for 8 years.
∞ Why introverts can’t handle you… sometimes.
Another Sarah. Another awesome human. Who has another awesome blog.
My New Roots is all about ‘how to make healthy choices everyday’ and has some really incredible (and healthy) recipes.
When I first started consciously making healthier choices I came across Sarah’s blog. And I’m so glad I did. It’s full of the most beautiful recipes that are healthy, nourishing and most importantly are delicious, and I love the stories she shares as well.
Here are some of my absolute favourite recipes to get your started:
∞ These banana bread pancakes, are amazing – everyone I’ve ever made them for has loved them as much as I do.
∞ The life-changing loaf of bread is well, life-changing to be honest!
∞ For a quick and easy weeknight dinner Garlicky Kale and White Bean Stew is super nourishing, and delicious.
Meg is a self-confessed ‘Reality Alchemist. Yogi-in-training. Crazy-passionate writer’. Her blog is one of my go-to sources for some inspiration when I want to shake up my life a bit.
I am always blown away by what Meg puts out into the world, and when I found out she was only 22 (the same age as me) I continued to admire her with even more awe.
Her blog will inspire you to start adventuring home (to yourself) and start living the life of your dreams.
∞ Meg’s post about healing her relationship with her body had me in tears and left me feeling super empowered. A definite must read!
∞ Do you struggle with FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out)? Then read this.
∞ Even though I’m not single, I totally loved this: why it’s okay to be single.
