Last Friday I graduated and officially became a life coach.
And my amazing journey with the Beautiful You Coaching Academy ended. But I know that this really is only the beginning.
To be honest there aren’t adequate words to describe how incredibly grateful I am for this incredible experience, but today I am going to do the best I can…
For this segment of The Gratitude Diaries I thought I would do something a little bit different.
Instead of just telling you what I am grateful for and why I am going to show you what it looked and felt like.
I spent Easter visiting my family where I did lots of hiking, reading, spent a lot of time outside – and ate lots of homemade raw chocolate!
So I could tell you about my Easter break, but let me show you instead…

Happy Monday awesome human!
Although honestly, mine didn’t start off too happily.
I woke up this morning feeling completely overwhelmed, unmotivated and stressed out, which is definitely not the way I wanted to start a fresh week.
So this morning instead of diving head first into my to-do list and exam revision, I’m choosing to start the day (and week) off on a high with The Gratitude Diaries.

Taken on my beach walk yesterday, via my Instagram.
If you’ve been around here for awhile you know how much I dig gratitude. I try to practice gratitude in every single moment that I can remember to, because I truly believe that gratitude changes absolutely everything.
I’ve decided to do something a little different for The Gratitude Diaries this week. So instead of the usual format, I present to you a list taken straight from my Gratitude journal – written in steam of consciousness style, of the things that I am grateful for in this very moment and the things that are just lighting up my life.
Will you join me in sharing what you’re grateful for in the comments below? (go on, do it!)

Good morning you incredible human!
It’s time for another serve of The Gratitude Diaries – a segment where I share what I am grateful for, the things I’m loving and just stuff that is just rocking my world.
Let’s do this!

One of my all time favourite blogs belongs to Tara Bliss. So needless to say, when she released her book High: A Party Girl’s Guide to Peace I was beyond excited.

Being grateful is one of the (many) important practices that helps me to live my best life. Last week I shared my tips to create a powerful Gratitude practice, and one of them was to publicly declare your Gratitudes. So today I’m walking my talk and starting what I hope to be regular feature on my blog: The Gratitude Diaries. It will be a space where I can share the things that I am appreciative of and things I am loving.
