One Infinite Life

My gratitude practice began with a rock. Yep, you read that right!

It all goes back to when I was 13 years old my Dad gave me a Gratitude Rock.

Each day I would put my rock in my school uniform pocket along with my favourite lip balm and locker key and I would use it to remind me to think of something I was grateful for.

Ever since then I’ve been intrigued by how powerful this simple practice can be.

I’ve now been practising gratitude — with varying levels of devotion — for nearly two decades!

And over this time I’ve gone from dabbling with gratitude — to becoming fully devoted to intentionally being grateful every single day.

Gratitude is more than just a practice for me, it’s the way I live my life.

And now it is my mission to show you that practising gratitude can be simple, easy to implement in your everyday life and fun, which is why I created The 28 Day Gratitude Project.

Want to add more gratitude into your life? The 28 Day Gratitude Project is a guided experiment to help you explore different methods/prompts/ways of adding more gratitude into your life so you can discover for yourself how powerful this simple practice can be. “I love connecting with gratitude and appreciation regularly but needed a booster so I thought that The 28 Day Gratitude Project sounded like a good challenge to re-connect with positivity and gratitude. I thought the project was a great idea to encourage people to be more grateful! The best part of the project was having a structured challenge that keeps you accountable and motivates you. I got a few ideas on how to look at and approach gratitude for the future! I love how motivating, compassionate and mindful Chloe is with her words. She motivates at the same time as she encourages you to meet yourself where you are and be gentle.” — Laila

“The 28 Day Gratitude Project was fantastic! I have previously kept a gratitude diary and wanted to rediscover this practice in new and exciting ways. I really enjoyed the variety of the project and I absolutely loved the mind map activity on day 12, so much fun to do!  I was unwell halfway through the project and found it easy to catch up. A side effect of this project made me think of what I really want right now. I’d like to do this gratitude project again!” — Tina

“I decided to join The 28 Day Gratitude Project because I had been wanting to start a gratitude journal for a while but was feeling overwhelmed about how to begin. The project was fantastic and I found myself looking forward to my gratitude practice each day. I noticed that I was adopting a gratitude mindset in my daily life and I am now using gratitude to help support me with challenges that life throws my way. One of my biggest takeaways was that there is no right or wrong way to practice gratitude; just do whatever feels right. I am truly grateful for the project and looking forward to continuing my gratitude practice.” — Jordyn
