Happy Monday awesome human!
Although honestly, mine didn’t start off too happily.
I woke up this morning feeling completely overwhelmed, unmotivated and stressed out, which is definitely not the way I wanted to start a fresh week.
So this morning instead of diving head first into my to-do list and exam revision, I’m choosing to start the day (and week) off on a high with The Gratitude Diaries.

One of my favourite things about living in Regional Victoria is the abundance of awesome markets.
I’m grateful to have access to incredible farmers markets with amazing locally grown produce, meat and dairy products and so much more.
I love that I can buy directly from the people who grow or make their products and support local businesses. And I love that it encourages me to be a conscious consumer, eat seasonally and makes me more aware about where my food comes from.
I’m so grateful that the eggs that I buy come from chickens who lay their eggs in an old kombi van and live on 400 acres. I mean how awesome is that?
I’m grateful for the abundance of beautiful produce I got on the weekend. For the kale, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, avocados, purple beans, rocket and more. For the figs, nectarines and plums. For the sourdough bread.
And for eating the best yum cha (ever!)

I spend a lot of time being grateful for the humans in my life, as I have pretty amazing family and friends.
But today I’m acknowledging and expressing gratitude for my closest comrade and my favourite human in the whole universe: my boyfriend.
I’m grateful that he is way more laid back than me and helps me to slow down, relax more and worry less.
I’m grateful that when I’m swamped in uni work he will do things like cook dinner and clean the house so I can focus on studying.
I’m grateful for the text messages I wake up to every morning when he is at work.
I’m grateful that even though it’s not really his thing he will help me make kombucha, that he will go to meditation classes and do yoga with me.
I’m grateful that he will always proof read my uni assignments even though I know that they are super pain
I’m grateful that he is always so considerate of me and always wants me to be happy.
I’m super grateful for that there are so many things I appreciate about him, that I could seriously go on forever…

Later today I will be completing the final session in a coaching series with my first ever client.
I seriously do not have words that adequately describe how incredible this experience has been for me, but I will do my best.
It has been my utmost pleasure and privledge to witness the incredible journey my client has been on for the last 3 months.
I have watched with equal parts awe and admiration as she has let go of the false and limiting beliefs that were no longer serving her and started embracing her true and authentic self. Among achieving so many other incredible things.
I’m so grateful for my first client and experience we have had together. It truly has been amazing. Thank you.
I’m so grateful for the Beautiful You Coaching Academy for teaming me up with this incredible person. For putting my on the path of becoming a life coach. For providing absolutely invaluable training and support. For giving me the guidance so I am able to support someone to achieve their goals. Thank you.
This experience has made me wholeheartedly believe that…
Supporting someone achieve their goals and grow has been such a privilege and honour. This experience has had such a profound (and unexpected) influence on my own life and the way I show up in the world. I am so thrilled to be doing something that’s challenging and upliftings for me but also benefits other people as well.
