At the start of this month I was feeling unmotivated, totally uninspired and just stuck.
But luckily for me Claire from This Is Lifeblood released a redesigned and updated copy of her incredible free eBook Get Unstuck: A Workbook To Create Clarity, Ignite Your Spark & Keep You Moving Forward.
By working through this eBook I was able to guide myself to find clarity, get motivated and inspired. It also gave me the momentum I needed to move forward (and keep moving forward!).
Claire describes Get Unstuck as “kind of like a heart-felt coaching session with me, fused with a D&M and wrapped up with a killer strategy session. It’s all kinds of awesome” – and yep it really is!
You can Get Unstuck right here – for free!
Plus you will also be signed up to Claire’s weekly newsletter, which are one of my absolute favourite emails to receive and I always read them – they are so insightful, inspiring and chock full of wisdom, I know you will love them too!

I am obsessed with the Perfect Potion essential oils in the Australian kit at have been for the last few months.
The Australian bush kit contains:
∞ Blue Mallee eucalyptus
∞ Lemon Myrtle
∞ Broad leaved peppermint eucalyptus
∞ Tea Tree
∞ Lemon scented eucalyptus
I am constantly diffusing these essential oils and I even move my diffuser around the house depending on where I am – I even set it up in my room each night before I go to sleep.
The Australian scents are natural, energising, refreshing and invigorating.
Oh and the eucalyptus ones are especially good to diffuse when you have a cold.

I love this free lunar abundance planner by Ezzie Spencer, which allows you to easily see all eight phases of the moon for the entire year, and is super useful if you want to start tracking the new and full moon and the yin yang phases.
Not only is the planner super useful, but it’s also beautifully designed.
Also if you’re also moon obsessed you will love following along with the moon phases in ‘real time’ on Ezzie’s Instagram.
