One Infinite Life

Life in 2026 feels like we’re on a high-speed merry-go-round that just keeps getting faster.

The noise is louder than ever before, we are more available than ever before and we are overwhelmed with more information than ever before.

The pace of life feels faster and the pressure to keep going has never been greater.

The days go by in a blur, but at the same time feel like a slog to get through. The weeks feel long, but at the same time the months are passing in the blink of an eye.

Nobody is giving you permission to pause. And they won’t.

So we keep going, keep trying to keep up and do everything right.

And along the way, we lose the thread of our own lives.

You’ve stopped thinking about what you actually want your life to look and feel like because you’re just focused on getting through the day, the week and then the month.

You’ve gotten to the point where you don’t even know what you want anymore, so you don’t bother setting goals because what’s the point?

If you do happen to make plans or set goals, the busyness of life swallows them whole and you wonder why you even bother because nothing ever changes anyway.

You can’t remember the last time you felt genuinely excited about the future and not because your life is bad, but because you’re too exhausted and overwhelmed to even take steps towards your goals and the life you want.

You get to the end of the year and think where did that go? And realise you’ve been so busy getting through your days that you haven’t actually been in your life and actually living it.

This is what happens when we don’t pause.

We don’t just lose time. We lose ourselves. And the life we want to be living.

We stop being the ones steering our own lives and start just… surviving them.

And the longer we go without stopping, the harder it becomes to even know what we’d come back to if we did.

There is another way.

I know this, because I’ve felt everything I just described.

Not long ago, in the lead up to one of my own Reflection Sessions, I was feeling overwhelmed, overworked and honestly just over everything. Life felt like I was on a high-speed treadmill – and each day the speed went up and more weight got added.

During the session, I shared that it was the first time I’d felt like I’d paused in a while. And I could already feel myself coming back. Coming back to me, my goals, my vision for my life.

Going through the questions myself  (as I do my own reflections alongside everyone in the session), I realised the ways I’d drifted out of alignment. I came back to what’s important to me. I got clear on how I wanted to move forward.

The shift I felt in that session stayed with me for weeks (and is still with me now). And it reminded me, in the most personal way, of why I created this in the first place.

Because here’s what I know to be true:

When you take just two hours to step away from everything and reflect, everything changes.

You stop running on autopilot and start getting intentional about how you want to live your life.

You look at what’s out of alignment and what you can do to get back into balance.

You start to see how far you’ve come and all that you’ve been carrying (I know you’re doing so much more than you’re giving yourself credit for.)

You stop living on the surface of your own life and remember what you actually want, not what you think you should want.

You walk away with the kind of clarity that only comes from sitting with yourself, not from another strategy session or planning framework.

And you get the momentum you need to move forward towards the things you want, and the life you actually want to be living.

Imagine having this experience not just once, but four times a year!

Four anchor points throughout the year where you come together with others to pause and reflect. To reconnect. To come back to yourself. To look honestly at how you’re living and get clear on what you want moving forward.

That’s exactly what the Seasonal Reflection Series is.

Each session is a live, two-hour guided reflection experience hosted on Zoom that is thoughtfully and intentionally curated to support you in reflecting on the season just passed, and looking ahead to what’s coming next.

These sessions are not a coaching call. There’s no advice, no fixing, no agenda other than giving you the space to connect with yourself. You’ll be gently guided through the process, and you can reflect in whatever way feels right for you.

A warm welcome and overview

An anchoring and grounding exercise to help you settle into a reflective state

Guided questions to support you in reflecting on the past season

A short break halfway through

More guided questions to support you in unravelling your intentions for the season ahead

An intentional close to complete the experience

Even though each session follows this structure, every season is completely unique, with different questions, themes, music and exercises curated especially for that moment in the year.

This is two hours that is just for you. You don’t have to do anything other than show up and receive.

And the time you take here will give back to you for the whole season ahead.

“Thank you so much for hosting another beautiful Seasonal Reflection Session, it was something I deeply needed. Spending that time with you felt like such a gift and gave me space to slow down, to be still, to reflect intentionally, and to gently dream into what might come next. I was looking forward to going into the session, during it I felt reflective and peaceful and after it I felt complete and proud of myself.

Chloe holds such beautiful space, the session ran smoothly, it had a nice easeful flow to it and the time and space to just be in my reflections. Having also done the previous reflection session, what was my biggest takeaway is how much I’ve grown, learned and experienced since the last one. The space she creates feels so thoughtful, nurturing, and genuine, and it really does mean a lot.

These sessions hold so much value and my favourite part was feeling held and guided in the best possible way. I just showed up and didn’t have to be or do anything I didn’t feel like doing or being. I loved setting that time aside for me and my thoughts and my feelings. In many ways, that time helped me honour the closing of a chapter, and since then I’ve felt a quiet sense of movement forward.

If you’re thinking of joining these sessions, know that giving yourself this time is a gift. There is so much value in pausing, feeling into where you are now, where you’ve been over the last months, and honouring your wins, your lessons, your growth. In the fast paced go go go of our lives we have to sometimes schedule that in, and seasonal is completely doable and so valuable. It’s really difficult to explain the experience of these sessions in words, just give it a go!”Sara-Jane Lai

“The Seasonal Reflection Sessions with Chloe have been beautifully potent for me and made me feel hopeful. There was real positive energy in each of them, going in, during and after.

My biggest takeaway has been giving myself the time and space to reflect is so valuable. It’s easy to live on autopilot, so carving out this dedicated time was a reminder of that. The best part has been having the container and facilitation for reflection, rather than it being an isolating/solo activity – it felt so supportive and nurturing to do it in a small community.

If you’re considering joining the next reflection session do it and come to them all! Being part of a live group in this way is energising! And life gets in the way, so dedicate the time to yourself!”Diana

“Chloe holds a wonderfully gentle and inspiring space to reflect – I value her questions as they help me go deeper into reflection and find different perspectives. The Reflection Sessions feel deeply satisfying for both mind and heart.

During the session I felt relaxed, present and guided and was reminded about how much I love to journal and reflect. If I don‘t take the time to reflect, it won‘t happen. And this session was just perfect for it – the quality of the questions and of the space held made for a wonderful experience. Time flew by like nothing and afterwards I still felt deeply introspective but also inspired and full of clarity.

Join, you won‘t regret it! In fact, it might be one of the best things you‘ve done this season.” — Christina da Silva

“The Seasonal Reflection Session helped me to refocus on what is important to me in my life. I definitely felt calmer after the session and Chloe made excellent choices for the music!

The best part for me was hearing the reflections on the struggles others were going through, realising they are the same as mine.

If you’re considering joining one of these sessions, do it! It is good to reflect, and you probably need a session like this to motivate you to take the time to do some serious reflection.” — Steven W

All sessions take place on a Sunday at 10am AEST/AEDT and are recorded for you if you can’t make it live. Please note: Dates are subject to change before being confirmed.

Not if you don’t want to. There will be opportunities to share during the live session, but only if you’d like to and know that there’s absolutely no pressure to share in any way. The chat is also there if you’d prefer to share that way, and past participants have found it helpful for staying in that reflective state.

That’s completely up to you. You’re welcome to have it on if you’d like, but it’s not a requirement at all. You get to decide how you want to show up and what would be supportive for you.

The replay will be sent out to you as soon as possible after the session, usually within a couple of hours. So far in the experimental sessions, more people have joined via the recorded experience than come live, so I intentionally try to create an experience that is supportive for those live and those doing the replay.

Yes. While I curate each session around the Southern Hemisphere seasons I’m personally experiencing, past participants from both hemispheres have found these sessions just as meaningful. If you’re called to join, you’re welcome no matter where in the world you are.

Not at all. You’re completely welcome to join whenever it feels right for you. If you’re unsure whether these sessions are for you, the single session pass is a wonderful place to start.

Yes, each season I offer free seasonal passes to A Year of Coaching + Reflection, which includes access to that season’s Reflection Session. You can apply for a pass here if you’d like to.
